A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support and enhance the operational effectiveness of the Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the global signature process and oversee the agreement filing process
Assist Legal and Sales teams with queries and provide guidance on the signature process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on legal operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in legal operations or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
Familiarity with contract management systems and electronic signature platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism
