Reports To : Director of Clinical Services

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Technician to assist Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants in patient care and clinic operations, particularly in our aquatic therapy area.

Assist therapists with patient care and related activities under direct supervisionSupport patient data intake and documentation as permitted by state regulationsMaintain cleanliness and functionality of clinic equipment and facilitiesComply with all regulatory standards, HIPAA, and facility policiesPerform other duties as assigned within scope of training and legal guidelinesQualifications :
Interest in a career in Physical or Occupational Therapy or related healthcare fieldAbility to meet physical demands and pass competency testingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredHealth Occupations or college-level science courses desirablePrevious healthcare experience or volunteer hours preferredPhysical Demands :
Routine lifting (535 lbs), carrying (510 lbs), pushing (up to 150 lbs)Sustained grip strength and guarding lift loads up to 140 lbsManual dexterity and general strength requiredExposure & Compliance :
Potential exposure to hazardous substances and bloodborne pathogensEligible for access to PHI / EPHI in compliance with HIPAA standardsMust adhere to the Facilitys Comprehensive Compliance Plan
