Dean of Student Affairs, Rockville Campus
Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Dean of Student Affairs for the Rockville Campus. This is an exempt, grade 37 position.
The Dean of Student Affairs serves as the Student Affairs administrator for the Rockville Campus, with collegewide responsibility for assigned areas of Student Affairs, including Collegewide Disability Support Services. Responsibilities include providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for student affairs operations and initiatives, supervising the Rockville Counseling and advising unit and Rockville Student Life, planning and implementing strategic goals / objectives / initiatives that promote student success and engagement, and providing leadership, oversight, guidance, and support on issues impacting student life, retention, and well-being. The incumbent reports directly to the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs and ensures that communication, events, programs, and initiatives reflect the College’s mission and goals.

Qualifications
Hiring Range : $114,539-$157,505 annually. Initial salary placement for new hires falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range and is based on relevant candidate experience and internal equity. The maximum salary for this position is $200,472 annually.

Participation in a Maryland State Retirement System plan (Pension or Optional Retirement Plan, depending on the position).
