Dental Treatment & Insurance Coordinator

$28–$33 / hr + Bonuses | Full-Time | Medical, 401(k), PTO

Join our top-rated, fast-paced private dental practice as a Treatment and Insurance Coordinator ! We’re looking for a confident and dependable front office professional who can present treatment plans, manage insurance, and help patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do :

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Manage patient accounts, post payments, and process refunds
Coordinate third-party financing and discuss payment options
Support daily front office operations using Dentrix or similar software

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of experience in a dental front office (required)

Strong treatment coordination and dental insurance skills

Dentrix experience a plus

Clear communicator with excellent organization and follow-through

Schedule :

Mon, Tues, Fri : 8AM–5PM

Wed & Thurs : 10AM–7PM

3rd Tues : 10AM–7PM | 4th Tues : 9AM–6PM

Pay & Perks :

$28–$33 / hr (DOE)
