Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage electrical construction projects to align with project objectives and client requirements.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve any construction-related issues.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards.

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and necessary documentation.

Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Foster a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior team members as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 8 years of experience within the electrical construction industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Proven experience in effectively managing budgets, schedules, and resources.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Buildertrend).

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
