We are expanding!  We specialize in Direct to Consumer leads and are 5-star rated across most review sites including Lending Tree, Google, and Social Survey. Our mission is to provide you the tools, technology, marketing, support, leadership, and framework for your continued success. Our best-in-class operations team also handles the communication and processing of your loans at submission, so you can get back to generating new business.

Loan Officer Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 year of originating experience selling benefit - not just order taking
  • NMLS licensed and approved in at least 5 states in our footprint, CA required
  • Self-Motivated, hard-working, and able to work as a team
  • Must be able and willing to represent the Ladera Lending “brand” in a professional and ethical manner
