Position Title : Field Safety & Equipment Trainer

Location : Henderson, CO (have construction sites all over Colorado)

Overview : We’re seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator with a passion for safety. This role combines hands-on training with field safety oversight and offers a path to grow into a Safety Manager position.

What You’ll Do :

• Train operators on excavators, cranes, and other caisson-related equipment.
• Conduct field safety inspections and document findings.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and new hire orientations.
• Work with foremen and superintendents to correct unsafe behaviors.
• Support incident investigations and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards.

Qualifications :

Pay : $28–$32 / hour (DOE) + benefits
