TowerLight on Wooddale is looking for a Resident Assistant / Home Health Aide who would provide personal cares to improve and / or maintain the senior age assisted living / memory care residents physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful location in St Louis Park, MN. No CNA MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.

This part-time caregiver schedule includes :

• 48 hours per two-week pay period
• Day shift, block schedule
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

Supports residents with daily living activities, including :

Assists with treatments as outlined in individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (e.g., blood glucose monitoring).

May assist with household tasks including laundry, cleaning, meal service, and resident activities.

Monitors and reports changes in residents physical or emotional condition (e.g., mood, appetite, weight).

Responds appropriately to resident needs and building emergencies, following established protocols.
