    Im originally from Texas, but my family and I have called Colorado home for the past eight years. My husband, Eric, works alongside me in the office, and we have two grown kids. We live in Evergreen, where we love to hike and spend time outdoors. I hold a degree in Political Science and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University.

    Ive been a State Farm agent for four years, and before that, I was a kindergarten teacher an experience that shaped my approach to leadership and service. I try to be the kind of boss Id want to work for : kind, compassionate, and supportive, while encouraging high standards and shared goals.

    Im heavily involved in the community, serving on the Board of the Bootstraps Scholarship Organization and as Affiliate Chair for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors Board. I also support local schools and nonprofits both financially and through volunteer work.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION :

    As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Gann - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
    • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
    • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
    • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
    • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
    • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
