Veterinary Technician (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Rate : $17-$23 per hour

Firehouse Animal Health Center is looking for a Full-time and Part-time Veterinary Technician to join our team in Round Rock, TX , just 25 minutes from downtown Austin.

Firehouse is a full-service veterinary hospital that provides comprehensive veterinary care, unparalleled service, and a collaborative experience to the pets, people, and communities we serve. Position Overview

At Firehouse, Veterinary Technicians are responsible for supporting the doctors and other team members in providing high quality medicine in a friendly and efficient manner that ensures excellent service to our clients and patients. You will report to the hospital leadership team - the Hospital Manager and Medical Director. Your work will directly support your peers, leadership team, and hospital goals.

Client Care :

• Check clients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and procedures
• Foster an educational experience for the client
• Provide exemplary communication and customer service
• Explain discharge instructions to clients
• Conduct follow up correspondence
