As a Security Officer - Media Facility Patrol in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to promote peace of mind, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide : Customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond : To incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct : Regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor : The location for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.

Communicate : Clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.

Document : Incidents and / or daily activities as required by site procedures.

Assist : With access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering the location as directed.

Support : Emergency preparedness and response efforts by following established procedures for the site.

Minimum Requirements :

Valid Driver's License : Required in the state where the job is located.

Experience : At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Preferred : Customer service experience.

Preferred : CPR and / or First Aid certification.

Preferred : A guard card or license.

Age : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Education : Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Background Investigation : Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Drug Screen : Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing : Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Driver's License : A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
