Position Highlights : Cohesive team of 2 Nephrologists and 2 APPs. 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient care. Consultative Role : no admissions. Call is phone-only, with hospitalists taking the first call after 5 PM. Average inpatient load of 12-16 patients per day. Collaborate with a diverse group of specialists, including internal medicine, adult-only family medicine, infectious disease, endocrinology, and rheumatology.
