Lead Therapist $58,500 / yr.

The Lead Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth and families in need for the organization’s Bays Community Care Program.  The Lead Therapist provides services in-home, in-school, in-office, or in the community to assure we are meeting the youth and families where they are, in both the therapeutic aspect and their geographical location.

We are looking for a Lead Therapist who must have :

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling, or related discipline
• Licensed in Social Work, Mental Health, Counseling, or related discipline preferred
• Two (2) years’ experience in children, adolescents and family counseling and familiarity with Child Welfare-Department of Children and Families, Juvenile Justice System, system navigation, Medicaid, or community resources.
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
