Program Manager, EHS Supply Chain Operations

This role will be part of a team driving our safety management and performance within our logistics operations. You will partner with our Global Cloud Logistics (GCL) organization and outsourced service partners to develop and implement a safe working environment and proactive safety culture. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of senior stakeholders. You will also provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives to continue to create and iterate our EHS programs.

Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating operational EHS risks, assessing the impact to the business, partnering with GCL third party logistics vendors to drive continuous safety improvements, and developing EHS standards and requirements for vendor contracts and operations. You will review incident investigations submitted by vendors and communicate learning / corrective and preventive actions across the business to prevent recurrence. You will also conduct and manage assessments of existing EHS programs to ensure alignment with our regional strategy.
