The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patients' needs. The nurse will identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care, perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage care, and document care based on established standards.
