Your Role :

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, accuracy, and efficiency across the Vital Farms network. This role supports inventory accuracy, process improvement, and digital system optimization within a fast-paced, mission-driven food company. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in ERP and supply chain systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and thrives in a collaborative environment that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

At Vital Farms, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to, skill level,experience, education, training, market demands, and business needs.A reasonable estimate of the current starting annual base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 . Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum end of the range would not be typical in order to allow for potential continued future salary growth.
