Barista

Job Description :

We’re looking for a talented Barista to join our busy bakery and café. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player and enjoys interacting with people to create a memorable experience.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON

• Minimum 2 years of barista / coffee experience, latte art a plus
• Strong hospitality skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Excellent attention to detail, from dialing in espresso to creating a tidy, welcoming space
• Works well in the morning hours
• Must have weekend availability
• Motivated by professional excellence
• Evaluating product for expected quality standards
• Suggesting / Making process or condition changes to achieve expected quality standards
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Willingness / desire to take on added responsibility
• Self motivated and capable of taking on and completing tasks given to them.

This is a part-time hourly position at the bakery / café on Main Street, Redwood City, CA.
