The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (MSRN) is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress. MSRNs will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about their care and providing emotional support.

• Continuously monitor patient vital signs and cardiac telemetry, proactively identifying changes and ensuring optimal patient safety.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about their care, offering vital emotional support and guidance that aligns with our compassionate healthcare philosophy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient care activities, adhering to established procedures.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and inquiries, providing a helping hand and addressing needs with a smile.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, upholding our vision as a trusted healthcare destination through teamwork.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients, reflecting our dedication to comprehensive well-being.
