Evaluation Specialist

A company is looking for an Evaluation Specialist to support the implementation of its evaluation workplan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement evaluation designs, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the process

Manage evaluation projects, monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets while coordinating communications and deliverables

Provide analytical support by reviewing literature, analyzing data, and preparing reports and visual displays of findings

Required Qualifications and Education

Advanced university degree in a relevant field such as economics, sociology, or data science; a bachelor's degree requires additional experience

At least five years of relevant professional experience in evaluation or research for consultants; three years for PSAs

Working knowledge of English and limited knowledge of another official language of the organization

Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting evaluations in relevant sectors

Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and relevant software
