About the Role

As a Clinical Principal Investigator (PI) , you will serve as the physician-scientist responsible for the design, conduct, and oversight of early-phase oncology clinical trials. You’ll collaborate closely with sponsors, research staff, and clinical partners to ensure trials are conducted safely, ethically, and effectively—all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families facing cancer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and oversight for early-phase oncology trials, ensuring adherence to investigational plans and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Conduct comprehensive medical reviews of study protocols and data.
• Evaluate the scientific and medical feasibility of new clinical research opportunities.
• Partner with sponsors and CROs to ensure alignment on clinical and operational goals.
• Protect participant safety, rights, and confidentiality at all times.
• Mentor and guide research and clinical operations teams.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and the integration of research best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient recruitment and retention.
