Conduct evaluations to assess the needs of children and develop individualized treatment plansProvide one-on-one, or group therapy sessions in a variety of environments, including homes, schools, and community settingsSupport families through built-in consultative calls to improve carryover of goal areas, and provide updates as neededWork collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each childUse evidence-based interventions and techniques to help children develop skills in areas such as fine motor coordination, sensory integration, self-care, social and play skillsDocument and track progress toward goals using electronic medical records, collaborate with parents through Google ClassroomRequirements :
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programActive Licensed Occupational Therapist in FloridaMinimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapyFeeding experience preferredPassion for working with children and familiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionalsCommitment to upholding our core values
