About the Role
The Sr. HR Operations Analyst is a strategic and agile resource embedded within the HR Project Management Office (PMO) . This role provides immediate, flexible support to HR project managers across a broad portfolio of initiatives, acting as a project “force multiplier” to accelerate delivery, maintain momentum, and drive operational excellence.
This is a fully remote role (U.S. based), requiring schedule compatibility with Eastern Time (ET) .
About the Team
The HR PMO leads key initiatives across HR Technology, Analytics, and Total Rewards — focusing on improving project velocity, governance, and delivery quality. The Sr. HR Operations Analyst plays a central role in translating complex problems into actionable project outputs and executive-ready deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support : Provide on-demand, flexible project management support — including tracking, coordination, and logistics.
- Deliverables Creation : Develop executive-level outputs such as presentation decks, process maps, and system mock-ups / wireframes.
- Data Interpretation : Analyze HR and PMO metrics to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and support decision-making (no back-end query writing required).
- Process Optimization : Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of functional requirements and user stories.
- Operational Acceleration : Partner with HR PMO leads to remove roadblocks, drive AI / automation adoption, and enhance project speed.

Project Velocity : Demonstrated ability to clear blockers and keep projects on schedule.Quality : Production of accurate, executive-ready deliverables.Versatility : Range of high-priority tasks supported across multiple initiatives.Efficiency : Measurable improvements from automation or AI adoption.Tool Adoption : Seamless integration of AI and automation tools (e.g., Gemini) within PMO workflows.Required Qualifications
Experience : Proven background in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) or project support within a fast-paced corporate or HR PMO environment.Technical Skills :Proficiency in Google Suite , Looker , or similar visualization / presentation tools.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) (Gemini preferred) and automation platforms .Soft Skills :Exceptional versatility, resilience, and adaptability.
Strong analytical and consultative problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication, with skill in presenting complex data clearly.Experience Level : 3–5+ years in a relevant role (BSA, PMO, or HR Operations).Company Description
