Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role responsible for elevating the standard of clinical practice and driving continuous improvement across our Speech-Language Pathology programs. This supervisor will oversee, mentor, and train our team of SLPs, ensuring the delivery of high quality, evidence-based services that meet the communication and developmental needs of our clients. This role can be based at one of our DFW clinic locations in Carrollton, Colleyville, Fort Worth, or McKinney.

Leadership & Program Management

• Supervision & Mentorship : Provide comprehensive clinical supervision, guidance, and direct mentorship to all staff Speech-Language Pathologists, including formal supervision of Clinical Fellows (CFs).
• Quality Assurance : Monitor, evaluate, and ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and internal policies in all assessments and treatment plans.
• Resource Coordination : Strategically coordinate caseload assignments, manage clinical resources, and oversee the provision of essential assessment and treatment supplies.
• Subject Matter Expert : Serve as the clinical expert and representative for the SLP department, interfacing effectively with internal leadership, external stakeholders, and community partners.
