Responsibilities : - Provide exceptional nursing care to hospice patients. - Document using HCHB, ensuring same-day completion. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on care plans. - Float within the facility as needed. Qualifications : - Active RN License and BLS certification. - 2 years in inpatient hospice care. - Proficient in HCHB - Manage productivity points, averaging 26-28. - No more than a 1-year gap in relevant experience. Additional Information : - No on-call duties. - Pre-approved time off required. - Includes 2-3 days of orientation.
