Job Details :

  • We currently have an opening at a client's home in River Falls, WI.
  • Full-time and Part-time available :

Mon 3-9pm | Tues 3-9pm | Wed 3-9pm | Fri 3-9pm | Sat 3-9pm | Sun 3-9pm.

  • Every other weekend required.

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals.
  • Oversee residents and take care of their needs.
  • Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Transport client to activities and medical appointments.
  • Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect.

    • We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to perform the duties of your position.

    What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a valid US driver's license.
  • Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.

    • Benefits :

  • Medical insurance is available for all full-time staff, Employer pays 60% of the employee's medical premium.
  • Dental and Vision insurance.
  • Employer-paid life insurance for all full-time staff, working 32 hours or more per week.
  • Paid time off.
  • Supplemental insurance is available.
  • Aflac insurance available.
  • Wage : $18 / hour ($14.75 / hour on overnights).
