California Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for examining titles and researching public records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for various title orders, primarily residential

Resolve issues related to missing or contradictory information in title documentation and prepare initial title commitment documentation

Prepare and review reports for accuracy and summarize recorded documents affecting property title conditions

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles, with a focus on Default experience

Strong customer service focus

Proficient typing skills (minimum 55 WPM)
