As an advocate for engineering excellence, you will mentor and develop internal talent while actively engaging in the recruitment of new team members to enrich our engineering community.

This position will be located in McLean, VA, offering a salary range of $263,900 - $301,200; in New York, NY, the range is $287,800 - $328,500; and in Richmond, VA, it is $239,900 - $273,800.
