As a LCE Property Specialist you will support Government Furnished Property (GFP) to include Equipment and Material. You will also support Spares Management activities as needed. This position is expected to eventually assume all responsibilities and move up into either role.

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

  • Ensuring GFP included in the contract is understood and stated in program documentation such as the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Interact with government contacts to monitor expected deliveries of GFP in accordance with Statement of Work requirements.
  • Notifying Receiving, Incoming Inspection and Property Administration of any GFP requiring any special routing, inspection or documentation requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of GFP to production facilities.
  • Spares Management : Create Electronic Work Authorizations and MSALT procurement planning request that support the supply of labor and material to assemble Spares at various work centers throughout the production facility.
  • Monitor performance of completing Spares production quantities that meet the requirements of the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Support DD-250 Sell Off activities at the production facility and transportation to warehouse facility.

Common responsibilities :

  • Support and monitor Earned Value Management data regarding the planned vs actual hours accumulated for the task.
  • Document events and issues that have impacted planned vs actual hours.
  • Support preparation of quarterly EVM performance for tasks supported.
  • Coordinate activities with clear communication to Integrated Product Team and Program Management Office.
  • Prepare and present metrics, status and logistics system status at internal and external management reviews.
  • Consolidate and present weekly status for Patriot Repair and Return Programs.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • This job will be posted as On Site. Commuting to and from the Andover location are the responsibility of the employee.

    Qualifications You Must Have : Typically Requires : Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree and 4 years of relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Qualifications We Prefer : Experience with Supply Chain or Logistics in a military or civilian environment. Experience with control and accountability of property in a government or civilian environment. The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Logistics Experience. Experience with Transportation, Government Property and Maintenance planning and / or execution of fielded assets. Basic functions of radar systems, physical security systems and military communication shelters. Management of program support, subcontractor oversight and customer relationships. Earned Value Management systems. Six Sigma or CORE Specialist (or higher) qualification. Communicate techniques to effectively across multiple Customer, Program and Functional organizations including preparing and conducting briefings. Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Proficient on Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Power Point and Word. Demonstrated ability to effectively work collaboratively in a team, inspiring confidence in others. Knowledge, understanding and application of logistics principles. Knowledge, understanding and application of PRISM, SAP.
