Overview :
Join a high-end oculofacial plastic surgery practice as a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist. This role combines advanced diagnostic testing, surgical assistance, and patient care in both functional and cosmetic procedures. Ideal for a detail-oriented, professional COMT with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive ophthalmic testing (VA, refraction, OCT, VF, etc.)
- Assist with pre / post-op care and minor in-office procedures
- Support oculoplastic and cosmetic treatments
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation (ModMed preferred)
- Manage instruments, surgical prep, and patient education
- Coordinate referrals and testing; support surgical scheduling
