About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and growth-focused Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic and executional aspects of the marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing scalable growth campaigns, with a strong emphasis on growth marketing and account-based marketing. This hands-on executive role requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution, owning demand generation, ABM, and campaign execution, while closely partnering with sales and product leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, defining brand narrative and positioning, leading go-to-market strategies, and building a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years' experience in enterprise or B2B marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role, and a proven track record in high-growth environments. Deep knowledge of integrated marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing is essential, as is a passion for AI, innovation, and building trustworthy technology. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the marketing team, and driving operational efficiency through clear KPIs and workflows. The VP of Marketing will be expected to be data-driven, using analytics to optimize strategy, messaging, and budget allocation, and to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's broader business goals and market conditions.
