Clinical Supervisor

Family Centered Treatment Program Leadership

You will provide leadership and management of the Family Centered Treatment Program (FCT), where staff provide in-home therapeutic services to families using the FCT evidence-based national model. Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work. Your main priorities will be :

• Leading an engaged and enthusiastic team of 8 staff (Trainer, Practitioners, and a Community Health Worker) in their delivery of FCT in-home clinical services to families throughout the state.
• Ensuring that the team provides high quality care and maintains timely and accurate documentation.
• Providing program staff with weekly supervision, providing field supervision as needed, and providing on-call supervision, not limited to crisis and coaching as appropriate.
• Working with team members in diagnosing clients and formulating treatment plans.
• Overseeing the census billing process, reviewing for accuracy and completing appropriate forms.
• At times, carrying a small caseload and delivering services to family / families in need.
• Developing relationships with referral sources by working closely with DCYF staff, providing both formal and informal FCT presentations to community partners.
• Supporting the team in the implementation of FCT-Recovery, an FCT component that tailors the in-home family work to meet the needs of adults and youth struggling with substance use.
• Maintaining documentation for caseloads and tracking fidelity and adherence to the FCT model.

Travel requirements include : Site location : Providence Statewide travel required.

Physical requirements include : This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs. This role also requires operating desktop, laptop and / or cell phone, and communicating with colleagues.
