Role Overview :

The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician. This role requires knowledge of human growth and development, allowing the PT to treat patients across various age groups. The PT will coordinate care with the healthcare team, ensure accurate patient documentation, and contribute to quality assessment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and provide therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
