Inside Sales

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support for electrical components.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage returns.
• Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
