Night Shift Lead Foreman

Location : Scottdale, GA

Shift : Full-Time / Non-Exempt (Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 PM - 4 : 30 AM, with occasional Saturday work)

Pay Rate : $25 per hour

Position Summary The Night Shift Lead Foreman will supervise and direct day-to-day shop operations for the night shift, ensuring all production goals and corporate objectives are met. This role requires a strong leader who can delegate effectively, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Major Responsibilities / Activities :

• Supervise and direct night shift employees to achieve shop profitability goals and corporate objectives.
• Delegate production work assignments as instructed by Plant and Assistant Plant Managers to ensure timely and efficient second shift production.
• Coordinate daily with the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager to establish shift priorities and goals.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Assist in the paint shop as needed.
• Maintain excellent organization and focus in a fast-paced night shift operation.
• Professionally resolve shop personnel-related matters.
• Exhibit excellent leadership skills and promote a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to continue learning and operate as a team member.
• Physical Requirements :
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Bending, stooping, and reaching.

Required Skills :

Education Requirement : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
