Pay Rate : $58,000 / yr

Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Builder Enclosure (Mechanical Assembler) to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the mechanical assembly of generator enclosures, piping, and heavy industrial components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a heavy industrial environment, operating material handling equipment, and interpreting technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble and fit mechanical parts, enclosures, piping, and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to guide assembly operations
• Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists to safely move heavy parts and materials
• Install major components such as tanks, louvers, frames, generators, and panels
• Use hand and power tools to complete complex assemblies and mechanical fits
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure parts and finished assemblies meet quality standards
• Assist with on-site installation, service, and warranty work when required
• Provide feedback to engineering and supervisors for continuous improvement
• Follow all safety procedures and perform equipment inspections (cranes, lifts, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Train and mentor junior team members
