Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with the companys annual goals.
- Drive the growth of the companys proprietary brand in major North American department stores and boutique channels, including negotiations, distribution, product placement, sales management, and accounts receivable collection.
- Identify and manage ODM project opportunities, overseeing the full sales process and contract execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential clients, conduct follow-up visits, collect and analyze sales data, and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze competitive dynamics in the U.S. market, delivering regular market analysis and forecasting reports.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal teams, facilitating product improvements to meet market demands.
Requirements
Extensive experience in mens apparel sales management, with expertise in suits and shirts, familiar with department store and boutique retail channels.Proficient in customer relationship management and knowledgeable about supply chain, purchasing, pricing, and payment processes of top North American retailers.Strong market insight and strategic planning abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources.Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
