Job Responsibilities :

Perform visual inspections, at various magnifications, utilizing magnifiers, microscopes, etc.

Assure applicable inspection equipment is in calibration before use.

Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of inspection stations.

Report inspection results clearly and accurately.

Identify and segregate and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.

Comply with stamp control procedures.

Assure lot and sample traceability.

Read new and revised specifications when mandated.

Job Experience, Education, and Requirements :

Previous experience in manufacturing process.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Sitting for 5-7 hours a day.

Walking, pushing, carrying or lifting up to max. 50 lbs occasionally.

Standing generally.

Cannot have any visual color deficiency.
