Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and CI / CD tools.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP in an integration context.

ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities.
