Warehouse Associate

Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour

1st Shift : 5 : 00 am - 1 : 30 pm, hours may vary depending on operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and Processing Stock : Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriately
• Order Fulfillment : Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently
• Inventory Management : Organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks
• Quality Control : Inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped
• Warehouse Maintenance : Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations
• Documentation : Creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods
• Serve as a positive role model consistent with Cornerstone Building Brands Mission, Vision and Core Values
• Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste
• Utilize scanning equipment
• Must be willing / able to work overtime
• Team player and keeping safety first
• Willing to learn and take on additional tasks as assigned

This is a position with the potential for overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
