Join our dynamic team at Walmart's Central Fill Pharmacy in Plainfield, IN as an Area Coach, Pharmacy Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team in an automated environment, ensuring the swift and accurate processing of prescriptions that support our retail pharmacies in delivering exceptional clinical services to the community. The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As an Area Coach, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.

Shift - 1st Hours - 6am - 6pm Days - flexible to cover any day of the week (Sun - Saturday)

• Analyze business and financial data to support the achievement of financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular audits.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
