Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of client programs, with a focus on pharmaceutical meetings and events. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in program management, client relations, and the nuances of live and virtual event production within the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Oversee end-to-end program delivery for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
• Team Management : Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, event producers, and content developers to deliver seamless program execution.
• Event Oversight : Direct the planning and execution of live and virtual meetings, including advisory boards, investigator meetings, symposia, and internal training events.
• Budget & Timeline Management : Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and innovation across all program elements.
• Reporting & Analytics : Provide post-program analysis and reporting to clients, highlighting outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
