Amazon is seeking an innovative Sr. Design Program Manager responsible for the standardization, implementation, and customization of brand design standards as they translate into physical stores. Additionally, this role will be responsible for gathering requirements and creating standardized construction document sets for customers to bid and construct from. This position collaborates with internal and external cross-functional teams to manage the execution of multiple end-to-end projects at any given time. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for innovative retail design. This is someone who possesses the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, take effective action without needing to know the total picture. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with creating world-class shopping experiences for our customers both at the micro and macro level. Outstanding project management and communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,500 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $192,600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
