Health Programs Coordinator Job Summary

We seek an energetic, dynamic individual to join our team. If you are driven to create meaningful change in community health for local youth and adults, we want to connect with you. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and focuses on improving community health through initiatives such as expanding food access, youth and adult engagement, and development of health-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Hydroponic Farmer — Learn and manage a hydroponic farm, inspiring and teaching youth and adults to grow food and learn new technology.
• Outreach — Connect community members during food distributions to activities and events.
• Health Programs — Develop health-related programs with community members and local organizations, focusing on mental and physical wellness.
