Manufacturing Technician

Location : New Albany, OH (Fully Onsite)

Shift : Rotating 12-hour shift, 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

Payrate : $20 - $21

Week 1 : Tues, Wed, on - Thurs, Fri off - Sat, Sun, Mon on

Week 2 : Tues, Wed off - Thurs, Fri on - Sat, Sun, Mon off

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Manufacturing Technician!

Job Overview

In this role, you will perform moderately complex manufacturing processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include :

Moving totes and preparing large-scale solution batches

Cleaning and steaming process equipment

Prepping materials and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment

Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required - training will be provided.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience : Biotech Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing preferred, especially in solution prep

Knowledge : Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system

Systems : Basic familiarity with GMPs, Electronic Batch Records, DeltaV, and LIMS

Education :

High school diploma / GED + 1 year of work or military experience, or

Associate degree

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Train on equipment, policies, and procedures

Execute production activities in a GMP-regulated environment

Ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation
