Line Cook

Colonie (www.colonienyc.com) is looking to add to our dynamic back of house teams. Join us in our open kitchens. This position requires : cooking, prepping, setting up a station to work nightly (protein, pasta, hot apps, garde manger) and cleaning.

We expect the candidate to have appropriate experience, an open schedule, weekend availability, an open mind and a positive attitude.
