Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator

Are you an outgoing, approachable professional who brings energy and positivity to the workplace? We're seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to join our client's team onsite in Richfield, OH. In this role, you'll do a mix of processing payroll as well as support a variety of HR functions and collaborate closely with team members.

Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for around 100 employees across multiple cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain payroll records, address discrepancies, and respond to employee payroll inquiries
• Assist with recruiting : review resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding
• Support generalist HR tasks, including benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance

What We're Looking For :

Pay Details : $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
