VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Cardiology.

• State : WA
• Start Date : Pending Privileges
• End Date : TBD
• Description : Locums - EverettNeeding emergent coverage for the weeks of Sept 15 -21 and Sept 22 - 28. Providers will need to have a clean file, active license and be very responsive with paperwork in order to have emergency privs in time. There are also ongoing coverage needs at this facility, if a good fit, provider would be continued to be scheduled for the following open shifts :
• September 15th -21st
• September 22nd-28th
• October 6-12
• October 20-26
• November 3-9
• November 24-30
• December 15-22
• December 22-28
• December 29-31 OT would apply after 10 hours per day, not 40 hours per week. Provider
• MUST
• be able to work inpatient shift AND night call, we will not accept bids for providers who cannot do both.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
