JRI Provides The Training So That :

• You will be able to oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students.
• You will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.
• You will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• You will be able to lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed.
