Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value delivery

Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll

Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Experience revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
