LVN

We're seeking a dedicated LVN to join our team at the Andrews Center, where compassion meets clinical excellence. In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, health monitoring, and medical input for individuals receiving HCS services. You'll collaborate with families, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality, person-centered care for every client.

What You'll Do :

  • Deliver nursing services and health monitoring for assigned consumers
  • Implement medically oriented and self-medication programs
  • Support staff through training and development
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies
  • Coordinate with agencies to improve delivery of Medicaid services

    • Qualifications :

  • Texas LVN license (Board of Nurse Examiners)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in psychiatric or IDD nursing preferred
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurability
